Dr. Teshna Beaulieu received a Bachelor of Physical Education Science in 1981 and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1986. She is a certified Neuro Emotional Technique practitioner who has developed a powerful approach to transforming one's Love Blueprint and helping people manifest their ideal relationships.

This book is great because it stresses the importance of a healthy mind (as well as body) that is critical for our own well-being and for every relationship we have or wish to have. We all have limiting beliefs, whether we know about them or not, and these beliefs can get in the way of what we truly want in life. The techniques outlined in the book are wonderful, drug-free and transforming. They can be applied in love or life in general. The author shares her own personal journey with this work as well as helping many others on theirs. Easy to read and understand.
